First I want to say that this looks great! It's very clean looking (compared to your previous work,) like all of your recent drawings have been leading to this point.

pros:
-The composition is nice and leads your eyes around the piece very well.
-The colors are lovely.
-The use of markers(I hope I'm not wrong, but I use the same materials) is also lovely. Especially in the background, the blue and burnt orange colors work well together in framing the girls. The yellows and greens work well to make the details pop out.

cons (more like nit-picking on my part..)
-I wish one of the girls on the bottom had their eyes looking in another direction, they're both looking to the side and sort of make my eyes wander off the piece. The subtlety in all of their expressions are impressive though.
-I also think that the addition of a darker color (that blue perhaps?) around the red-orange haired girl's head would help differentiate her hair from the top woman's red collar.
